2019年育兒教育質理年度目標報表

 

一、中小學校關(guan)鍵癥(zheng)狀(zhuang)

岳(yue)(yue)陽(yang)市江南通信(xin)職業技術學(xue)校創辦于(yu)2004年6月,是岳(yue)(yue)陽(yang)地區一所以通信(xin)專業為主的(de)中等職業學(xue)校,開設有通信(xin)技術、軟件與服務、動漫等專業、社會文(wen)化(hua)藝術。

全體師生實行了“打造出爆(bao)款(kuan)商(shang)品(pin)(pin)銷售團隊,基本建設爆(bao)款(kuan)商(shang)品(pin)(pin)的專業,育(yu)(yu)種爆(bao)款(kuan)商(shang)品(pin)(pin)中學(xue)生們(men),開創爆(bao)款(kuan)商(shang)品(pin)(pin)進修學(xue)校”的發展方向關鍵,以(yi)“銘記(ji)初(chu)心(xin)不變,謹(jin)記(ji)使命(ming)感”和(he)“聯(lian)建一名(ming)(ming)家,同做一名(ming)(ming)夢”用作攻勢(shi)主(zhu)導(dao),以(yi)“孝”德教育(yu)(yu)培訓為核心(xin)理(li)念,堅持“以(yi)孝育(yu)(yu)德,以(yi)心(xin)育(yu)(yu)心(xin)”,培養計劃(hua)中學(xue)生們(men)的“孝心(xin)、愛心(xin)公(gong)益、工作心(xin)”,授予了順(shun)暢的實際效果與市場(chang)信譽(yu)度

    2019年學校投資5000余萬元在君山區君山大道新建了校區。學(xue)校占地(di)30畝,建筑面積15200平(ping)方(fang)米,現有(you)在(zai)校學(xue)生(sheng)448人,生(sheng)均校園面積45平(ping)方(fang)米,生(sheng)均教學(xue)行(xing)政用(yong)房(fang)33平(ping)方(fang)米,生(sheng)均教學(xue)儀(yi)器設備值4494元,生(sheng)均圖書22萬冊。

學(xue)校現有教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)36人,生師(shi)(shi)(shi)比為(wei)16:1。教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)隊伍年(nian)齡結構(gou),專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)結構(gou)日趨合理,師(shi)(shi)(shi)資水平不(bu)斷提高(gao)。“雙師(shi)(shi)(shi)型(xing)”教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)占比46%,兼職教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)8人,占比28%,專(zhuan)(zhuan)任教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)本科學(xue)歷占比80%,高(gao)級職稱(cheng)占比21%。特別是在青年(nian)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)培養和專(zhuan)(zhuan)業(ye)學(xue)科帶頭人引進方面取(qu)得了(le)很好的效果。

學(xue)校(xiao)先后被評為(wei)岳陽市“教學(xue)管理先進單(dan)位”、“優秀黨支部”等。隨著(zhu)社(she)會的發展,學(xue)生與(yu)家長渴望進入(ru)更高(gao)學(xue)府深造,為(wei)了提升學(xue)校(xiao)辦學(xue)層次,2013年學(xue)校(xiao)與(yu)湖南民(min)族(zu)(zu)職業學(xue)院合作(zuo)創辦湖南民(min)族(zu)(zu)職業學(xue)院通信系,現(xian)有在(zai)高(gao)職在(zai)籍(ji)生800余(yu)人。

為了加強產教(jiao)融(rong)合,2019年學校(xiao)與(yu)湖南(nan)省(sheng)呆呆熊(xiong)動(dong)漫(man)(man)(man)設(she)計(ji)制作有(you)限公司合作在校(xiao)園(yuan)建立動(dong)漫(man)(man)(man)產業(ye)園(yuan),動(dong)漫(man)(man)(man)專(zhuan)業(ye)實現工(gong)學交替教(jiao)學模式。

二、幼(you)兒不斷發展

學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)素(su)質不(bu)斷提高。由(you)于現實(shi)的(de)(de)(de)原因,我(wo)校(xiao)和其他中(zhong)職學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)一(yi)樣,生(sheng)源質量(liang)不(bu)理(li)想,但是通過我(wo)校(xiao)嚴格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)又人性化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)管理(li),嘔心(xin)瀝血的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育,我(wo)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)無論是政治思(si)想覺悟,還是日常行為規范都有(you)了脫胎(tai)換骨的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua),95%都能(neng)到達學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。思(si)想是行為的(de)(de)(de)先導,折射到學(xue)(xue)(xue)習上,教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)質量(liang)大步(bu)提高,文化(hua)課(ke)合格(ge)率(lv)達到92%,專業(ye)技(ji)能(neng)合格(ge)率(lv)達到95%以上,體(ti)(ti)質測(ce)評合格(ge)率(lv)100%,畢業(ye)率(lv)99%。

學生在校體驗良好。我校實行全封閉管理,學生有“星級”的住宿條件,學(xue)(xue)生公(gong)寓24小時有(you)(you)(you)熱水(shui)供應,每間宿舍有(you)(you)(you)空調,有(you)(you)(you)4人(ren)(ren)間、6人(ren)(ren)間和8人(ren)(ren)間供學(xue)(xue)生選擇。學(xue)(xue)校采用全(quan)封閉式教學(xue)(xue),校園24小時有(you)(you)(you)人(ren)(ren)值守,學(xue)(xue)生出入采用請(qing)假(jia)條和門禁卡制(zhi)度。食(shi)堂采用老師和學(xue)(xue)生共同就餐制(zhi)度,有(you)(you)(you)6菜一湯(tang)供選擇,每天(tian)中餐還配有(you)(you)(you)一樣水(shui)果。教學(xue)(xue)樓和寢室(shi)都有(you)(you)(you)純凈水(shui)供應。寢室(shi)有(you)(you)(you)洗衣房。所(suo)以學(xue)(xue)生在校的生活滿意度是100%。學(xue)(xue)校有寬敞的教室、教學儀器設備、實訓室,每周有兩次有專業老師指導的社團活動,有籃球賽、舞蹈賽、歌詠賽、演講賽等課外活動。所以學生的校園滿意度、校園文化生活滿意度在95%以上,我校的老師精心培育,細心輔導,對文化課的滿意率、專業學習滿意率都在90%以上。

資助情況。學生(sheng)資助完(wan)全按照(zhao)國家政(zheng)策(ce)公(gong)開、公(gong)平、公(gong)正地進(jin)行,特別(bie)是對(dui)(dui)建檔立卡戶(hu)做到一(yi)個不能漏,做到全覆蓋。評選國家獎學金(jin)對(dui)(dui)照(zhao)國家要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu),經各班(ban)民主推薦,政(zheng)教(jiao)處、教(jiao)務處審(shen)核,行政(zheng)會討論(lun)確定最(zui)后人(ren)選,全過程保持公(gong)開透明。所有資助對(dui)(dui)象初步確定后一(yi)律按要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)公(gong)示,師(shi)生(sheng)無異議后再進(jin)行上報。2019年(nian)資助工作(zuo)得到了上級部門(men)與學校師(shi)生(sheng)的一(yi)致肯定。

就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)質量。學(xue)校始終堅持(chi)“學(xue)生(sheng)學(xue)什么,就(jiu)(jiu)做(zuo)什么”,教學(xue)與(yu)學(xue)生(sheng)崗位能(neng)(neng)力相結合,學(xue)生(sheng)頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習、就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)一(yi)律與(yu)專業(ye)(ye)對(dui)口,2019年60名實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習生(sheng)全部實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現專業(ye)(ye)對(dui)口頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習,且(qie)就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)單位都(dou)是行(xing)業(ye)(ye)里的(de)翹(qiao)楚,2019年60名通(tong)信技術專業(ye)(ye)學(xue)生(sheng)頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習單位主要是中興(xing)通(tong)信與(yu)潤建通(tong)信網絡維護(hu)有限公司(si)等。學(xue)生(sheng)頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習專業(ye)(ye)對(dui)口對(dui)學(xue)生(sheng)以后(hou)的(de)職業(ye)(ye)發展(zhan)具有深刻的(de)意義,學(xue)生(sheng)在頂(ding)(ding)崗實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)習過程中可以不(bu)斷鞏固所學(xue)知識,同時提升(sheng)專業(ye)(ye)技能(neng)(neng),就(jiu)(jiu)業(ye)(ye)時就(jiu)(jiu)能(neng)(neng)實(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)現一(yi)個小的(de)飛躍。

三、服務質(zhi)量(liang)能保證的措(cuo)施

    ③某位中國青年幼兒教師要制定計劃一分關鍵的“自我認知專注快速發展開發計劃書”(一年開發計劃)

     ④發展吸引人才來、走出了去的教育教育培順的方式,即請幼兒高中教師名人來曉給幼兒高中教師教育教育培順,送幼兒高中教師到出眾私立學校專業化教育教育培順班、校企協作公司學會。

在規范管(guan)理方面,學校制(zhi)定了近(jin)50項管(guan)理制(zhi)定和崗位職(zhi)責。做到事(shi)事(shi)有(you)章(zhang)可循,明確職(zhi)責和責任。

幼兒教肓治理因素主動宇宙探索規劃“以幼兒此外生活中活動規范標準績效考評”為學校的幼兒教肓治理模式切換。當前學(xue)生的(de)(de)主要問題仍(reng)然(ran)是沒有養成(cheng)(cheng)良好(hao)的(de)(de)習慣(guan),規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)生的(de)(de)日常行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei),促使學(xue)生養成(cheng)(cheng)良好(hao)的(de)(de)行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)習慣(guan)是學(xue)生成(cheng)(cheng)才(cai)的(de)(de)關鍵。針對學(xue)生的(de)(de)日常行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)學(xue)校(xiao)2018年(nian)從(cong)紀律(lv)、衛生、社會公德等方面著手(shou)制訂了《學(xue)生日常行(xing)為(wei)(wei)(wei)規(gui)(gui)范(fan)(fan)考核方案》,執行(xing)一年(nian)來取得了意想(xiang)不到的(de)(de)效果。

1、信(xin)息(xi)項目也(ye)是(shi)學員臺(tai)賬(zhang)性形為。信(xin)息(xi)項目也(ye)是(shi)從學員的(de)臺(tai)賬(zhang)性形為入(ru)手,如上班(ban)遲到(dao)、早退、逃課等,告知(zhi)學員哪(na)些(xie)倡導(dao)的(de)形為,哪(na)些(xie)是(shi)引魂燈(deng)的(de)形為。

2、量化(hua)考核,可操作性(xing)強。把(ba)學生的日常行為量化(hua),如遲到扣1分(fen)。
